Vice President, Investor Relations, Sempra
Nelly Molina is vice president of investor relations for Sempra. In this role, Molina is responsible for communicating with the investment community about Sempra’s disciplined focus on delivering long-term sustainable value. Previously, she served as chief financial officer for IEnova.
Jeffrey Martin
Chairman and CEO, Sempra
As chairman of the board of directors and CEO of Sempra, Jeff Martin leads a Fortune 500 energy infrastructure company with a market capitalization of nearly $40 billion and assets of over $65 billion.
Over the last three years, Martin has led the company’s strategic realignment around a new mission to become North America’s premier energy infrastructure company by divesting non-strategic assets and reinvesting for growth in the leading economies in North America.
Trevor Mihalik
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Sempra
Trevor Mihalik is executive vice president and chief financial officer for Sempra, overseeing all financial matters and corporate development for the company, including mergers and acquisitions. Mihalik joined Sempra in 2012 as controller and chief accounting officer and was promoted to senior vice president in 2013.
Kevin Sagara
Group President, Sempra
Kevin Sagara is group president for Sempra, overseeing Sempra’s California utility infrastructure businesses, San Diego Gas & Electric Co. (SDG&E) and Southern California Gas Co. (SoCalGas). Sagara most recently served as chairman and CEO of SDG&E and is credited with raising the company’s standing as a national leader in wildfire safety and clean energy delivery.
Lisa Larroque Alexander
Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Chief Sustainability Officer, Sempra
Lisa Larroque Alexander is senior vice president of corporate affairs and chief sustainability officer for Sempra. In this role, Alexander oversees sustainable value creation, corporate social responsibility and external affairs.
Caroline Winn
CEO, SDG&E
Caroline Winn is CEO of San Diego Gas & Electric Co. (SDG&E), one of Sempra’s regulated California utilities, and has served in the role since August 2020. Previously, Winn was chief operating officer of SDG&E, leading SDG&E’s sustainability, technology and innovation efforts, including the company’s award-winning safety and wildfire mitigation advancements.
Scott Drury
CEO, SoCalGas
Scott Drury is CEO of Southern California Gas Co. (SoCalGas), one of Sempra’s regulated California utilities. Under Drury’s leadership, SoCalGas recently set a bold commitment to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in its operations and delivery of energy by 2045. Previously, Drury served as president of SDG&E.
Allen Nye
CEO, Oncor
Allen Nye is CEO of Oncor Electric Delivery Co. LLC (Oncor), the largest electricity transmission and distribution company in Texas. Nye has served as Oncor’s CEO and a member of its board of directors since March 2018. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Oncor.
Justin Bird
CEO, Sempra LNG
Justin Bird is chief executive officer of Sempra LNG, where he is responsible for growing Sempra’s liquefied natural gas (LNG) business to serve global markets. Previously, Bird was president of Sempra LNG. In this role, he led marketing and commercial development efforts for Sempra LNG.
